Whenever you visit a Retail shop or a mall or a super market to buy your essentials, generally it take 20 to 25 min minimum to choose the products, make invoice, pay, pack and carry. During this time you have to bear with other customers shopping by your side and you do not know if that person is affected one. More time you spend at such places more is the possiblity of contamination.

Using MyDukandar APP you can place your order ONLINE to you favorite and trusted retailer who has added you in his customer list. Once he make your order ready you get notification to collect your order. You can either pay ONLINE or cash at shop and collect your order. Thus you reduce the contact time by almost 95% and in turn able to maintain social distancing in the true sense.

Whenever you find an empty list of retailer you may need to broader you search area (click here to know more). Else if you know a retailer in your vicinity, please collect his number, name and shop name from him and encourage him to open his shop ONLINE.

If you have his contact you can use MyDukandar APP to send him messeges to encourage him to be ONLINE.

There are no subscription fees for customers to use the sevices from MyDukanar APP related to shopping from retailers. It is lifetime free and your companion for shopping from your trusted retailer.

If your retailer provide home deliveries you can opt for it.

You can pay by NEFT or other ONLINE banking methods like wallets, phone banking. hoewever payment gateway are not yet integrated. We shall let you know once that is done.

MyDukandar APP is a very closed Environment to with purpose to make service easy between a retailer and a customer. To protect the interest of all, you can access the retailer who has added you as his customer.

If at all you want to explore other retailers, like real world you have to visit the shop, experience and once you are his customer, he shall add you on myDukandar App customer list. This App is designed to bind individual Retailer and their customer to enjoy ONLINE Experience. Whenever you do not find your retailer on APP you are requested to please collect his number, name and shop name from him and encourage him to open his shop ONLINE.

If you have his contact you can use MyDukandar APP to send him messeges to encourage him to be ONLINE.

As MyDukandar App is acting as a bridge between a retailer and customer, and is just means to facilitate the ONLINE experience. you shall have to contact the shopkeeper for any issues related to quality of product. You can give appropriate rating to the retailers and post reviews which may help MyDukandar to give suitable feedback and suggestion to retailer to improve upon their services from time to time.

MyDukandar APP shows you last three months expenses through MyDukandar Portal from your retailers.

Yes, you can order on behalf of your parents from any other locality. The retailer in that locality should add you as his customer. If done so you can place order with him with other delivery address in case delivery option is provided by Retailer.
